Children's Health Education Center understands the importance of building a positive, educational community. That's why we place such importance on outreach programs for youths: social interaction, proactive education and healthy activities. These programs work to promote learning retention. Working to promote this kind of activity in communities, our outreach programs are available for children and youth in the Milwaukee and Fox Valley areas.
How youth can get involved
For teens, there are also a number of ways to get involved with health education proactively. As part of our outreach program for youth, we offer a number of ways youth can get involved. Youth development is very important to bettering children's health education, and today's teens will find that CHEC is a resource for getting involved in summer camps, babysitting and the award-winning Teen Health Crew.
